Shipping, Tracking & Returns

  1. Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of worldwide express shipping and VAT (if applicable)

  2. Ulysse & Roses aims for the purchase to be shipped as soon as reasonably practicable.

  3. Ulysse & Roses only uses reliable and well established shipment companies.

  4. Order processing and shipment tracking link will be sent to the registered email address at various stages of the order processing.

  5. Ulysse & Roses is not responsible for faulty tracking information communicated by the shipping company and/or their agents.

  6. Shipment and delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by events outside of Ulysse & Roses control. Delivery times also may be impacted by customs delays.

  7. If your country is not on the list and you may want to place an order, please contact our customer support at contact@ulysseanroses.com

  8. For purchases shipped outside of the United Kingdoms, custom taxes are the client’s responsibility.

  9. If you have not received an order processing and shipment tracking link, please contact our customer service at contact@ulysseanroses.com

  10. Ulysse & Roses will not pay shipping return fees for uncollected package. Clients will be charged shipping fees to send back the item to the warehouse.

Rights of cancellation & Refund policy

  1. Ulysse & Roses operates a strict return policy. By placing an order on the website you automatically adhere to the return policy which is part of the General Terms & Conditions.

  2. You have the right to cancel your order and return the product purchased on the website within 28 calendar days after the date of receipt of the product.

  3. If you wish to return the product during that delay, please contact our customer support contact@ulysseanroses.com to start the return process. Return costs are the client’s responsibility.

  4. Only items received following the below conditions will be accepted for return:

a. The product(s) must not have been used, damaged, and washed

b. All label(s) and tags must still all be attached

c. The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging

  1. Only product(s) meeting the above conditions will be accepted for return

  2. The refund will be done to the person who has made the payment and via the original payment method.

  3. The refund will consist of the item price paid upon the order on the website.

  4. The refund should be done within 14 calendar days from the returned item receipt date.

 

Placing an order & Payment

  1. Once the detailed price is confirmed and General Terms & Conditions accepted, you will be directed to a payment page.

  2. We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard,American Express), Paypal, Apple.

  3. You can contact our customer support if you wish to pay by bank transfer at contact@ulysseanroses.com

  4. The order will be processed only upon credit card transaction confirmation or payment receipt in the case of a bank transfer at which point you are bound to the order.

  5. After order and payment confirmation, an email will be sent to you confirming the order details and payment to the registered email address requested during the e-shop check-out process. The same email will be used for shipping updates.

  6. You can elect a different shipping address from the billing address.

  7. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a stock level has been incorrectly displayed in the website.

  8. Any issue with credit card payment security or bank transfer being sent wrongly are outside of Ulysse & Roses control. Ulysse & Roses will not be liable in such circumstances.
