Products Guarantees and Conditions of use

Ulysse & Roses only manufactures top quality products. We source the materials composing the products only from trusted and reliable suppliers. Each item is carefully checked post production and is released for sale only if the quality control criterias are met. The website does not sell flawed products.
Ulysse & Roses customers satisfaction is a priority. Our customer support service contact@ulysseanroses.com endeavours to answer customers queries in a reasonable delay.
Ulysse & Roses products should only be used for the purpose described on the website. Any other use for any other purpose other than the ones described on the website in the product description in the e-shop is not Ulysse & Roses responsibility.
By placing an order, you automatically acknowledge and adhere to the conditions of use of the product as described in the website.
Ulysse & Roses aims to only use natural raw materials. However, some elements composing the product may not be available in a natural form, alternative elements resulting from an industrial transformation will have to be used.

Products prices

Prices are subject to changes without notification.
Prices are in Great Britain Pound currency (GBP).
A detailed bill including the product price, model and shipping address will be sent upon order.

Shipping & Tracking

Ulysse & Roses aims for the purchase to be shipped as soon as reasonably practicable.
Ulysse & Roses only uses reliable and well established shipment companies.
Order processing and shipment tracking link will be sent to the registered email address at various stages of the order processing.
Ulysse & Roses is not responsible for faulty tracking information communicated by the shipping company and/or their agents.
Shipment and delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by events outside of Ulysse & Roses control. Delivery times also may be impacted by customs delays.

For purchases shipped outside of the European Customs Union, custom taxes are the client’s responsibility.

Ulysse & Roses will not pay shipping return fees for uncollected package. Clients will be charged shipping fees to send back the item to the warehouse.

Delivery Charges

For orders shipped to a country outside of the European Union, Ulysse & Roses ships the order under the incoterm Delivery At Place (DAP). As such, Ulysse & Roses will not charge for VAT or local import duties. All local taxes will be charged when the order reaches the country. The local taxes bill will be invoiced to you and will be required to be fully paid to allow the goods to clear customs and reach their final destination.

These General Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these General Terms & Conditions or with any purchase made on the website, and/or with the use of the website shall be governed by applicable UK Law.
